Here are the changes we've made to Calling Toolbox over time. We're always working to make it better!
- 10 Oct 2026 - Fixed bulletin and sacrament agenda edit pages that were showing an error. Updated the software the site runs on so warnings are less likely to take a page down. Updated hymns to include the latest batches from the church.
- 14 Sep 2026 - Bishoprics can customize sacrament agenda wording in Settings. Relief Society, Elders Quorum, and other organizations can post dated announcements that appear on the ward bulletin. The bulletins list no longer runs out of memory on larger wards.
- 18 Jul 2026 - Emails that fail to send are retried instead of being dropped.
- 15 Mar 2026 - Fixed calling and release emails so they go to the bishopric.
- 21 Feb 2026 - Fixed stake time zones, sorted user lists by name, and made switching wards refresh the menu.
- 8 Feb 2026 - Added footer note to ward mission plan pages.
- 15 Jan 2026 - Added flag for members to show if they are a non-member.
- 14 Jan 2026 - Updated hymns to include the latest batch from the church.
- 11 Jan 2026 - Added Calling Toolbox branding to bulletins.
- 21 Dec 2025 - Added notes to weekly email report. Added ability to change note date for member notes.
- 14 Dec 2025 - Added confidential notes feature for members. Notes can now be marked as confidential, making them visible only to Bishopric, Relief Society President, and Elders Quorum President.
- 11 Dec 2025 - Added ability to import members from a paste.
- 7 Dec 2025 - Been adding a lot of infrustructure code to support assignment to multiple wards (like for stake leaders) and overhauled permissions.

- 9 Nov 2025 - Fixed bug where some users were unable to sign in after creating their account.
- 28 Sep 2025 - Fixed permissions for ward mission plans so the printable version is accessible to everyone.

- 4 Aug 2025 - Added ward mission plans! Now you can create, manage, and share annual mission plans that align your ward's efforts and strengthen community focus throughout the year.
- 3 Aug 2025 - Enhanced SEO and public site optimization: improved meta tags for better search engine visibility, updated app manifest for proper PWA support, and enhanced Google Sign-in button design.
- 13 Jul 2025 - Updated and added lots of content to the public site.
- 22 Jun 2025 - Major public site refresh: migrated all public-facing pages to better templates, added new About, Features, and Bulletins pages, improved navigation and layout, and updated login/sign-up flows for better usability. Also added newest hymns from the church.
- 30 Mar 2025 - Added ability to add prayers in advance. Some bug fixes and performance improvements.
- 9 Mar 2025 - Added calendar feed for interviews. This allows you to subscribe to a calendar feed that will show all of your interviews in your calendar app (e.g., Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.).
- 25 Feb 2025 - Updated hymns to include the latest batch from the church.
- 9 Feb 2025 - Added members to receive emails notifications from an interview being scheduled.
- 19 Jan 2025 - Fleshed out dashboard with some pretty graphs
- 12 Jan 2025 - Updated icon and added title page graphic.
- 15 Dec 2024 - Added a new help forum for those that have any questions or need help with the software. Also added the ability to request a new stake within the platform instead of sending an email.
- 8 Dec 2024 - Added new step to calling process to keep list of members that need to be set apart.
- 22 Nov 2024 - Fixed bug where calling name would disappear unexpectedly on update (a different way than before). Permissions fixes for ministering groups.
- 17 Nov 2024 - Ability to upload CSVs of members into the software! Added some more helpful instructions around the software. Added ability to email newsletter directly from the software. Updated libraries for security.
- 13 Nov 2024 - Fixed bug where emails were sent to archived ministering groups. Fixed bug where you weren't able to add a new ministering group.
- 22 Sep 2024 - Added churches latest batch of hymns.
- 18 Aug 2024 - Fixed bug where a members name was being whipped out when editing a calling.
- 17 Mar 2024 - Last fix for customized ministering groups! Now you can add any type of ministering group and have them be auto reported by the ministering group members!
- 13 Dec 2023 - Added security headers to better protect data in transfer and from being eavesdropped on.
- 27 Aug 2023 - Added some more details so the calendar files sent as attachments would add to your calendar better. Updated libraries for security.
